From the constant desktop make-overs to the tile-like Start menu overhaul, the Windows of today look almost nothing like it was decades ago, save for some basic interface conventions. Microsoft has not only made major changes to its security and certain functionalities but also to its various aesthetic elements as well. The Windows operating system has drastically evolved throughout the years to a point where it may not look that familiar in the near future.
